A single-serve take on an espresso martini.


  • 1 oz OneCoffee Peruvian Blend pod, brewed at 4-6 oz
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Brew the Peruvian pod at the strongest brew setting (4-6 oz), and put it aside to let it cool. Add coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and brewed coffee to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans.

We used a OneCoffee Peruvian Blend single-serve pod brewed at 6 oz, but we’d also recommend our French Roast or Swiss Water Processed Decaf Blend. One brewed pod can make 4-6 martinis.
