A single-serve take on the traditional cowgirl coffee.


  • 1 OneCoffee Colombian Blend pod, brewed at 6 oz
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (frozen into ice cubes)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Freeze an ice cube tray filled with coconut milk overnight. Brew the Colombian Blend pod and put in the fridge to chill. Once cold, blend together the coffee, coconut oil, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Add the coconut milk ice cubes and serve.

We used a OneCoffee Colombian Blend single-serve pod brewed at 6 oz.
